AEM is committed to utilizing the best practices of both previous associations to continue to provide valuable, timely
information in order to be the focal point for construction and agricultural equipment education. The Annual lineup
provides 20+ seminars on the latest issues and trends. AEM seminars also provide networking opportunities --
convenient forums where executives can share ideas with their peers from other companies and investigate solutions to

Government Representation
AEM represents the interests of equipment manufacturers at the federal and state level. Located close to Capitol Hill,
the AEM Washington Office works closely with Congress and federal agencies to promote the industry and track key
legislative and regulatory issues that impact the industry. AEM also monitors legislative activities in all 50 state
legislatures and coordinates the efforts of member companies on the issues of dealer contract legislation and safety

International Services
AEM has a significant and aggressive scope of international marketing support services focused on Asia, Africa,
Europe, and Latin America. Our goal is to help members expand their export business by providing them with targeted
information and reports, helping them to make valuable customer and distributor contacts in emerging markets, and by
helping them to increase their visibility at key industry trade shows around the world. Services include but are not
limited to: exhibit pavilions, overseas trade missions, global market export statistics, market specific newsletters,
informational resources and a Chinese equipment portal Web site to
help AEM members market their products in this big, emerging market.
