The House and Senate Agriculture Committees have each passed versions of the 2013 Farm Bill and sent them on for full consideration. AEM President Dennis Slater issued a statement immediately following the votes, applauding the action and urging Congress to bring the bill to the floor as soon as possible.

AEM continues to battle New Hampshire legislation that would significantly alter dealer contracts and create additional costs for equipment manufacturers doing business in that state. The bill, SB 126, would repeal a longstanding law which currently regulates the relationship between equipment dealers and manufacturers.
