The Marketing Council Seminar will be held at the Portland Hilton and Executive Tower, 921 SW Sixth Avenue, Portland, OR 97204. To reserve a room call (800) 445-8667 or (503) 226-1611 and mention AEM to receive the group block rate of $144 per night. Reservations can also be made online by visiting http://www.hilton.com/en/hi/groups/personalized/PDXPHHH-AEM-20080517/index.jhtml. This rate is based upon availability; reserve by April 28 or your rate may be substantially higher. The hotel is nine miles from the Portland International Airport. Many transportation options exist from PDX to the Hilton including the MAX light rail service, $2.00 each way for all zones. Blue Star Shuttle is also available every 30 minutes both directions, $14 per person each way. Taxis cost approximately $35.00 each way. If you rent a car, self serve overnight parking is $18 per night. |

To make a change, cancellation or substitution to your registration, please email Helen K. Horner at AEM (hhorner@aem.org). Full refunds will be granted through May 2. Within 10 days prior to the seminar, there will be no refunds of registration fees; only substitutions will be accepted. |
