AEM extends its education programming beyond the eight job-specific seminars and conferences it offers to members. Staff also coordinates education sessions for trade shows as well as exhibitor education. The programs' consistently high evaluation ratings justified 2007 accreditation and the ability to offer continuing education units to members and show attendees. AEM seminars include the eight listed below in blue. Over a thousand members were educated during these programs in 2007! Education created for trade shows: CONEXPO-CON/AGG, IFPE, World of Asphalt, ICUEE, CONEXPO Russia, and CONEXPO Asia offer a variety of presentations and case studies grouped in primary categories of management efficiencies, safety, product capabilities, technology, environment and personal development.

Annual face-to-face programs are geared for:

• AgExecutive Forum - presidents, CEOs, senior level executives from agriculture equipment manufacturers
• Customer Support Council Seminar - parts, service, training, warranty, customer support managers
• High Performance Sales College - sales managers, district managers, inside sales reps, field sales personnel
• Marketing Council Seminar - marketing, communications, advertising, PR, tradeshow managers, coordinators
• Product Safety & Compliance Seminar - safety, quality, design engineers, litigation managers, technical writers, R&D managers
• Product Liability Seminar - on staff attorneys, safety, quality & design engineers, litigation managers, CFOs, risk managers, accountants
• Supply Chain/Purchasing Seminar - supply chain managers, purchasing, logistics, material/inventory managers, VPs, managers, company presidents/CEOs
