CONEXPO-CON/AGG

Attention Turns To Attendee Promotion

With CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2002 and IFPE 2002 space sales strong, attention has focused on attendee promotion, to attract a record-breaking worldwide audience of some 135,000 visitors to the Shows. The promotion campaign is in full swing with ads in industry publications and on websites. The campaign estimates to run more than 900 pages of advertising worth over $3 million. The Shows are also being promoted at more than 35 industry events worldwide.

The Shows' Exhibitor Kits contain a wide variety of colorful and informative promotional tools to help companies promote their presence at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2002 and IFPE 2002 and attract visitors to their exhibit booths.

Exhibitors can use them in conjunction with company marketing efforts to take advantage of the high visibility of the Shows' multimillion-dollar promotional campaign. The materials are available at no charge in reasonable quantities.

Among the promotional aids available to exhibitors:

Counter CardCounter Cards: Idea starter: for locations such as distributor showrooms, parts counters, branch office locations and high traffic office areas.

Stickers: Idea Starter: Affix the colorful stickers to marketing and sales literature, advertising, stationery and envelopes, as well as distributor communications.

Show Logos: Available in electronic format and camera-ready sheets. Idea Starter: Use in marketing collateral to promote your booth; post on company website with a hotlink to your VTS e-booth at www.conexpoconagg.com or www.ifpe.com.

Ad Reprints: Idea Starter: Send to dealers and other customers with other company materials, to help build enthusiasm.

Postcards: A set of four colorful postcards with scenes from the last Show, to use in direct mail communications. Idea Starter: Use the blank reverse to imprint customized company marketing messages and booth number.

ButtonsForeign Language Buttons: Colorful buttons in eight foreign languages to alert the Show's international visitors that your exhibit staff can communicate readily with them to conduct business.

Video Preview: Play this video of Show highlights and features to generate enthusiasm at sales meetings, customer events, trade show booths or mail copies with Show booth invitations to key customers.

Registration Brochure: Available in English as well as multiple languages for additional targeting of overseas customers, distributors, affiliates. Idea Starter: send with company mailings and distribute at trade shows.

Posters: CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2002 exhibitors can order 20'x28' color posters for dealer showrooms, branch offices, trade show booths and other areas to promote their Show participation.
