"Image" Committee Formed
CIMA is the construction equipment industry representative in the new National Construction Image Steering Committee, which was formed
as a result of the first-ever Industry Education Summit spearheaded last year by the National Center for Construction Education and
Research (NCCER).
The committee, which is comprised of construction-related associations and companies representing manufacturers, distributors,
contractors and labor groups, met recently to discuss how to coordinate efforts to present a more positive image of the industry. CIMA
was also a co-sponsor of the NCCER summit.
