Rental Trends Teleseminars
With the growth of the rental marketplace, construction equipment makers are increasingly looking at how to best integrate rental strategies into their business planning.
To assist members, CIMA conducted a special two-session teleseminar in May and June that focused on "Rental Fundamentals and Options for a Manufacturer-Driven Rental Program," conducted by noted industry analyst Dan Kaplan.
The program targeted presidents, CFOs and sales and marketing vice presidents, and outlined factors to consider when looking at developing a manufacturer driven rental program, including: acquiring an existing rental company, development of a dealer rental program, and a green field start-up.
