Annual Wage and Benefit Survey
CIMA is preparing to send out its annual Industry Wage and Benefit Survey, covering more than 25 areas of information to help companies compare and benchmark their compensation and benefits plans against others in the industry (including rates of pay for more than 13 categories of personnel).
The results are broken out by company size, location and types of industry business in addition to total figures to provide more targeted benchmarking data.
The CIMA survey also provides trends analysis of the compensation data over the six years since the survey was initiated.
"With the growing shortage of qualified industry workers, this CIMA survey is an especially valuable tool to help companies assess their competitive standing," notes CIMA's Antoinette Vnuk.
