AEM will hold an Investors Conference at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2002 to help construction equipment manufacturers showcase their companies through presentations to and networking with financial analysts who recommend, buy or upgrade public offerings.
AEM is teaming with Morgan Stanley on the one-day event, which is expected to bring approximately 100 top financial analysts and investors into contact with AEM's publicly held member companies.
Targeted, Industry-Wide Platform
The AEM Investor Conference at CONEXPO-CON/ AGG 2002 will give machinery manufacturers targeted exposure to the financial community.
It will provide an industry-wide platform for executives to spotlight their companies to this important investor audience and provide their perspective on the outlook of the construction equipment industry in conjunction with exhibiting at the Show.
Advance registration is required and presenters will be determined based on investor interest. All publicly held AEM companies with full-member status who are exhibiting at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2002 are encouraged to display their company literature at the conference.
“Because CONEXPO-CON/AGG will be the gathering place for the worldwide construction equipment industry in 2002, it is an ideal opportunity for the financial community to get a snapshot look at the capabilities of the industry and its companies. For our publicly held member companies, this Investor Conference is also a great opportunity for them to get their message directly to investors,” said AEM Co-President Dennis Slater.

In addition to conference presentations, publicly held companies registered for the event can distribute their company literature and take advantage of conference networking opportunities in the event’s hospitality suite. The conference will also feature breakout rooms for private meetings to provide additional opportunities for companies and investors to discuss current issues.
“This conference will provide a unique opportunity for publicly held companies to initiate a valuable dialog with buy-and sell- side financial analysts, allowing them to speak directly about the strengths of their companies and the construction industry. The event will also open the door to future cooperation with investors,” added Slater.
