Safety issues top vacuum excavation equipment group agenda
One of AEM’s newest product groups, the Vacuum Excavation Equipment Manufacturers Council (VEC), has been active on a variety of safety-related projects.
The group is currently compiling safety symbols and decals into an electronic matrix and developing an industry-specific nomenclature spreadsheet. Future projects include development of an operating guidelines booklet and safety manual and video.
