Education Programming
The Association is accomplishing more
efficiencies by combining resources in education and eliminating duplicate planning functions. Additional education programs have also
been added. AEM conducted some 20 seminars this year and the programs consistently won high marks from attendees for quality.
In addition to the annual conference, face-to-face seminars highlighted international
operations, marketing communications and customer
support (parts, service, training), plus construction equipment and mini-ag
conferences.
E-Seminars Offer Added Convenience
AEM offered a full roster of e-seminars, using the Internet and phone lines, to provide
members with a convenient and cost-effective means to extend industry learning. To enhance access to the Association’s distance
learning programs, AEM developed an online library of selected e-seminar presentations.
The Association also conducted two sessions of its highly acclaimed high performance sales
college for district managers.
