Customer support - Sustaining the profit circle

Pie chartCustomer support seminars target managers of parts, service, training, warranty and related customer support functions.

“Sustaining the Profit Circle” is the theme of this year’s session, which will be held November 9-12 at the Scottsdale Radisson in Scottsdale, AZ.

Topics will address all customer segments: supplier, company, dealer/distributor and end users, with presentations to focus on:

  • Customer segmentation and meeting the specific needs of customers within various channels,
  • Technology applications within after-market support,
  • Dealer/distributor relationships that encourage high performance and consistent service,
  • Changing demands within supply chains,
  • Brand recognition case studies and
  • Warranty management.

The seminar will also feature special emphasis on training methods as well as e-training and its pros and cons, including case studies by Deere & Co., Volvo and Komatsu.
