ICUEE promotion efforts in high gear
 AEM
is rolling out a multi-faceted promotional campaign to attract qualified equipment specifiers and buyers to the 2003
International Construction and Utility Equipment Exposition (ICUEE). The association is also providing exhibitors with a
comprehensive marketing kit to help them promote their show participation.
ICUEE will be held September 23-25 at the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center in Louisville, KY.
AEM is running an extensive ad tradeout program in utility and construction-focused publications – a 44% increase over the last
ICUEE – to attract attendees. Direct mail brochures and postcards as well as e-mail marketing messages are being disseminated to
an expanded database of attendee prospects in target markets, and AEM is also building relationships with utility associations to
further spread the word about the show.
A new e-mail industry newsletter targeted to utility construction, modeled on AEM’s Construction Industry News Network (CINN),
will also be used as another avenue to enhance awareness of ICUEE among potential attendees.
Exhibitor Marketing Aids
Exhibitors are provided with an extensive marketing kit – on CD-ROM – with free postcards, registration brochures, stickers,
counter cards and other materials to help them publicize their exhibit presence at ICUEE 2003.
