Annual Conference Highlights
New directors elected
The association elected new directors at its annual business meeting, held in November 2003 in conjunction with the AEM annual conference. The Board of Directors works with the association’s officers to set the guidelines and operating policies of the association on behalf of its members. These directors are serving three-year terms unless otherwise noted.

- Dwight Messinger, President of Power Curbers Inc.
- Bobby Middlebrooks, President of Bush Hog, LLC
- Jim Minnich, President of Minnich Manufacturing (1-yr term as Light Equipment Member representative)
