World of Asphalt 2004 update: Expanded education, paving demo, quarry open house featured
Industry-Specific Education Complements Exhibits
 Industry-specific training is a main component of World of Asphalt and new for the 2004 show is an Environment, Health and Safety Symposium. Returning to World of Asphalt in 2004 after successful programs at the last show are the People, Plants and Paving training program and the Asphalt Pavement Alliance (APA) Asphalt Pavement Conference. The APA Conference will focus on “21st Century Construction.”
World of Asphalt will be held March 15-18, 2004 in Nashville, TN. Some 3,500 asphalt industry professionals are expected to attend. The show is expected to feature more than 50,000 net square feet of exhibit space.
New NSSGA Session on Aggregates
These programs will be complemented by a special educational session on aggregates sponsored by the National Stone, Sand and Gravel Association (NSSGA).
The NSSGA program extends the educational value of the Warm Mix Asphalt Paving Demonstration and quarry open house to be held in conjunction with the show. Participants will tour the Franklin Quarry of Vulcan Materials Company, which is a NSSGA Showplace Quarry award-winning facility.

Advance Registration Open
Advance registration is open for the World of Asphalt 2004 Show and Conference’s exhibits, educational programs and housing accommodations. Full details can be found on the show website – www.worldofasphalt.com.
Advance registration provides value by saving attendees $20 off the show onsite registration fee, and from $21 to $80 for educational programming depending on conferences selected.
