New: Monthly index charts construction equipment revenues trends
 The association has developed a new business planning tool for members: a “Construction Equipment Revenues Trend Index” which provides a monthly revenue activity indicator and trend line.
Industry Activity
The new AEM index charts the overall shipments/retail sales data reported into the association’s statistical reporting programs, to help members better gauge industry activity and assess their own performance.
The data is based on dollar volume, covers U.S. and Canadian markets and is provided in both a rolling average and actual revenues. The index covers data beginning with the year 2001.
Company Planning Tool
The index is provided only to AEM members, strictly for internal company use. The data is a composite and not an indication of individual company revenues or future business performance of the industry or association members.
