AEM Members Eligible to Attend One-Day Symposium on Investing in India’s Infrastructure

Through an invitation sent to AEM, members can take advantage of an opportunity to attend a one-day symposium sponsored by the Consulate General of India entitled, “Indian Infrastructure – The One Trillion Dollar Opportunity” on September 26, 2012, in Chicago.

The symposium will offer AEM members a chance to learn about the potential for investment in India’s infrastructure, which includes sectors such as power, renewable energy, highways, bridges, water management, solid waste management, transport and logistics, and urban planning. Presentations and panel discussions will cover a full range of infrastructure topics, including investment strategies, capital raising channels and project development.

The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs are co-sponsors. Members of the U.S. India Business Council will also attend.
