Industry’s Premier Leadership Event Kicks Off November 7; Watch This Space for Updates
AEM’s Annual Conference, the equipment manufacturing industry’s premier event for leadership education and networking, will get underway November 7, 2012, at the Terranea Oceanfront Resort in Palos Verdes, California.
The 2012 Annual Conference will feature a new format designed to increase members’ engagement and interaction while reducing their time commitment. The new format will retain the event’s reputation for the highest quality conference experience.
Conference highlights include:
- Keynote by Brad Meltzer, author and TV host of the History Channel’s Decoded
- Post-election analysis by Robert Gibbs and Karl Rove
- An industry panel on emerging trends
- Associate member breakout sessions
- A presentation on serving a growing global population by Sam Allen of Deere & Company
The Annual Conference will also include an expanded AEMPAC gala fundraiser on Thursday, November 8 and the AEM Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Friday, November 9. In addition to networking opportunities during the conference, attendees can take advantage of informal networking options on Saturday, November 10, as well.
In addition, the AEM Board as well as AG and CE Sector Boards will meet, and AEM will conduct its annual business meeting. Membership committee and associate member meetings are scheduled as well.
