Exhibitors Take Steps to Increase ROI at AG CONNECT Using Full Range of Pre-Show Marketing Materials

More than 50 percent of AG CONNECT exhibitors are taking steps to maximize their ROI through pre-show promotion using a full range of free marketing materials provided by show management. AEM has also provided a pre-show promotion checklist with suggestions for marketing tactics to increase exhibitors’ booth traffic and sales leads.

Several AG CONNECT exhibitors have already taken advantage of the free marketing materials that are available.

Brandon Olstad at CLAAS said his company mailed counter cards and posters to its dealers last week. In addition, a direct mailer using templates and materials provided by AG CONNECT will soon be sent to end-user customers and producers.

“We also created a display promoting AG CONNECT that we have taken to other farm shows,” Olstad said.

Ashleigh Stratton at Krone NA said her company used the free mailing service provided by AG CONNECT to send direct mailers to its dealers and customers. A unique source code printed on the mailers allowed prospects to register for the show compliments of Krone.

“It was the first time we used the mailing service,” Stratton said. “It worked great.”

David Wilner at Worthington Ag Parts said his company has sent out two pre-show mailers, one to producers and another to dealers. He also produced custom flags co-branded with AG CONNECT for display in their booth at other events.

“The tools provided by AG CONNECT are great,” Wilner said. “They’re part of the show package so there is no catch.”

Other available materials include web banners, logos and machine decals; customizable print ads; and coupon mailers, post cards, flyers and registration brochures. A pre-show attendee mailing list with complete demographics will also be supplied free of charge to exhibitors on January 2.

Free Online Promotions Available to Exhibitors

The top reason attendees visit exhibitions is to see new products. AG CONNECT exhibitors can promote their new products free of charge in an online catalog that is being promoted through the event’s website and marketing campaign.

AG CONNECT is known as a venue where producers can dialogue with senior executives and product experts. AG CONNECT exhibitors can highlight their companies’ leaders and experts free of charge with the Masters & Mavericks program.
