Space Rates & Application

AEM Pavilion booth rates for raw space only start at a member rate of US$200.00 per square meter and a non-member rate of US$250.00 per square meter, for unfurnished booth space (minimum booth size of 9 square meters).

Exhibitors who choose the unfurnished raw space option will receive the following:

• Exhibit space
• Daily cleaning of exhibit area and waste disposal
• Basic media entry into official show directory and on show website
• Lounge and meeting rooms
• Access to Internet, phone and fax
• Light refreshments during show days
• Professional pavilion interpreter assistance
• Assistance with vendor communication, freight coordination and travel arrangements

AEM is also providing exhibitors with a fully-fitted booth space option at a member rate of US$250.00 per square meter and a non-member rate of $300.00 per square meter (minimum booth size of 9 square meters).

The fully-fitted space option includes all benefits of the unfurnished booth space, plus the following:

• Exhibit shell scheme and basic furniture package
• Carpeting
• Company sign
• Lighting
