The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) is hiring a Project Support Intern! This position supports the Agriculture (Ag) & Construction (CE) Sectors with projects that impact member engagement within the sectors. The duration of this internship is May-December at 20-25 hours per week during business hours. 

Responsibilities include:  

• Research industry-specific issues, including safety, regulation, sustainability, emerging technologies, etc.  

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support sector initiatives. 

• Contribute to member engagement and communication. 

• Engage with product specific Leadership groups, including services and components committees. 

• Facilitate meeting support. 

• Assist in data hygiene within internal database and file storage.  

• Support association-wide enterprise data strategy. 

• Engage with companies in start-up outreach.  

• Consolidate Industry Insights as needed. 

In addition to receiving firsthand experience working with members and exhibitors for a large international association, AEM provides additional training and development opportunities for interns. The program was nominated in 2023 to be a Top Internship Program, and provides activities such as:

• Thorough performance review process.  

• Intern group lunches and activities.
