I know AEMPAC plays an important role in representing equipment manufacturers in the political arena. I understand that federal law requires AEM to obtain my company's written permission before soliciting personal contributions to AEMPAC. I also understand that this in no way obligates me or anyone else in the company to make a contribution. Participation in AEMPAC is voluntary and any decision not to contribute will in no way reflect adversely on any solicitee. Contributions to AEMPAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. I hereby authorize AEMPAC to communicate with and solicit contributions from me and those that I designate in the company per federal guidelines for voluntary, personal contributions during the calendar year(s) indicated by my signature(s). I understand that my company may only grant permission to one trade association political action committee which supports federal candidates for the calendar years listed.
