Manufacturer technical representatives from concrete power trowel makers and their major component suppliers meet twice annually in this AEM group -- the Troweling Machine Manufacturers Bureau (TMMB).

Mission

The bureau focuses on technical and safety issues affecting power trowels, including Operator Safety, European CE Mark compliance, domestic and international standards, and global regulations.

Bureau Activities

The group maintains a power trowel operator safety manual, conducted a safety decal exchange to increase graphic commonality and message comprehension in the industry, and works on development of a set of voluntary design guidelines.
