AEM was recently awarded a 2020 Gold Circle Award by ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership, which recognizes excellence, innovation and achievement in association/nonprofit marketing, membership and communications programs.

The Association is one of 15 Gold Circle Award honorees for 2020, winning for its AEM Industry Advisor e-newsletter.

The creativity shown in this year’s submissions illustrates the amazing work associations do on a daily basis, and the impact they have on the world around them,” said Renee Harris- Etheridge, MBA, MS, CAE, director of membership for the National Association for Home Care & Hospice and chair of the Gold Circle Awards Committee.

Deployed twice a week to more than 8,000 member company and industry representatives, the AEM Industry Advisor serves as AEM’s primary vehicle for informing its members about association news, activities and priorities.

The Advisor consistently meets high expectations for its performance. Its open rate currently sits at nearly 50 percent, with a click/open rate of more than 33 percent. In 2019, Advisor written content (350-plus articles) also generated tens of thousands of pageviews, with several articles seeing in excess of 3,000 total pageviews.
