Are you an AEM member looking for useful and up-to-date market information? Are you currently not a participant in one of AEM’s many construction statistics programs? Then consider subscribing to the association’s recently launched Construction Equipment Interactive Index (CEI Index).

Featuring monthly values and graphs of specific groupings of construction equipment, the CEI Index is designed to offer you and other AEM members accurate and timely information related to seven unique product segments: aggregates, construction, forestry, lifting, mining, utility and road equipment.

“AEM recognizes the importance of providing its members with the latest market conditions of specific product segments within the construction equipment market,” said AEM Director of Statistics and Market Information Rex Sprietsma. “The user-intuitive design and layout of our recently launched CEI Index allows for you to quickly and easily navigate through different slices of relevant product data in detailed dashboards, between or within several product segments.”

In order to allow for the easiest possible access to specific pages in the CEI Index, clickable tabs can be found at the bottom of your computer screen while in the Index. They are:

  • Rolling 12 Month Graphs – All groups are displayed on a single page, with Geographic option filter.
  • Monthly Graphs – All groups displayed on a single page, with Geographic option filter.
  • Data View – Each group is displayed separately, using the filters, with Geographic option filter.
  • Historical Index Table – Raw index data, by equipment group, by geography, by year and by month.

“Ultimately, AEM’s new CEI Index serves to help the association to better meet your evolving business needs by providing you with ready access to mobile-enabled construction equipment index information for a number of product segments – wherever and whenever you need it.”

An annual subscription to the Construction Equipment Interactive Index is available exclusively to AEM members.
