The AEM-owned exposition finished first overall in the Top Trade Shows list annually compiled by the Trade Show News Network (TSNN).

“This honor is a tribute to AEM’s members and the support of our industries that make this show the gathering place every three years,” said Sara Truesdale Mooney, show director for CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017 and AEM vice president of strategy and business development.

AEM also earned top-show honors for its other 2017 expositions:

TSNN is the online information resource for the exhibitions and events industry and ranks the top trade shows in the United States by exhibit space size.

All three AEM-produced 2017 shows achieved record size: CONEXPO-CON/AGG spanned more than 2.66 million net square feet, ICUEE covered nearly 1.24 million net square feet, and IFPE featured nearly 170,000 net square feet of exhibits.

AEM shows are industry-run. Participants have a voice in show planning, industry partnerships enhance value, the association carefully monitors costs, and revenues go back into industry services.

“AEM works proactively with members, exhibitors, attendees and industry groups in the show planning process to produce events with measurable results that meet their business needs,” said Mooney.
