The I Make America campaign has been recognized with a Reed Award for its work during the 2016 presidential election campaign.

The campaign’s “Restore American Greatness” video on the need to support infrastructure investment – produced in partnership with AEM member InQuest Marketing – won an award for the best web video for a public affairs campaign.

The video was part of last year’s efforts to educate voters in battleground states about the issues that matter to our industry. It has been viewed roughly 65,000 times.

The Reed Awards are conferred by Campaign & Elections magazine and honor “excellence in political campaigning, campaign management, political consulting and political design.” The winners are selected by a panel of peer judges. This year saw the largest number of submissions in the history of the Reed Award.

AEM Public Affairs Manager Mike O’Brien managed the video production process and the launch and execution of the online campaign.
