AEMPACPlease help AEM’s political action committee, AEMPAC, update its records by completing the online prior approval authorization form below.

In doing so, AEM members can ensure their signature – which authorizes participation in AEMPAC – has not expired and is on file. Under federal law, members of AEM must sign and/or execute a prior authorization form for the executive or administrative personnel of the member company to be solicited by AEMPAC. The member company may not approve solicitations by another trade association for the same calendar year.

“We send this communication to AEM members every year to help grow and strengthen AEMPAC,” said AEM Senior Director of Government Relations and AEMPAC Kate Fox Wood. “Completing the online prior approval form in no way obligates you or your company to anything. However, it is a great help to AEM, and we thank you in advance for your time and assistance.”

Fill out the form here.
