AEM notes with deepest regret the recent death of William “Bill” Mulligan, an AEM Life Honorary Director and inductee into the AEM Hall of Fame (1994).

Bill was a longtime AEM participant, serving on the Board of Directors and as 1985 AEM (CIMA) Chair. He worked 43 years for Ingersoll-Rand Co., attaining the office of Executive Vice President.

He was a driving force for infrastructure investment, also working with organizations such as ARTBA, IRF and TRIP.
