ICUEEICUEE is just a few short months away, and AEM is committed to ensuring exhibitors maximize their return on their investments in the show and get the most out of their time spent in their booths and on the floor.

With that in mind, Show Management is offering ICUEE exhibitors a number of educational opportunities in the form of highly informative webinar sessions. Presented by top industry professionals, these webinars will cover a number of show-related topics, including hotel booking, lead follow-up strategies and more. Each presentation will be less than an hour in length and is free of charge for registered exhibitors.

“These educational webinars give ICUEE exhibitors a number of opportunities to learn how to enhance their return on their investments in the show,” said AEM Director of Exhibitor Engagement Services Mary Bukovic. “Since we offer both live and on-demand sessions, interested individuals can listen and learn at a time that works best for their busy schedules.”

The first webinar session, “Exhibitor Registration, Lead Retrieval & Beacons,” is scheduled for Tuesday, June 13 from 1 to 1:45 p.m. CST. It will discuss lead retrieval options, explain SWAP, and how to view lead data onsite. In addition, presenters will highlight the new eventBit beacon technology and what ROI benefits exhibitors can receive from this new data tool, as well as how to avoid last-minute show-related headaches.
