The largest event in North America for utilities and contractors seeking new equipment, technologies, and best practices for utility construction, maintenance and rehabilitation projects is just a few short weeks away.
With more than 950 leading manufacturers set to exhibit, ICUEE 2017 – also known as The Demo Expo – will once again provide attendees an unprecedented amount of information and insights into the latest technologies, innovations and trends affecting their industry. Set for October 3-5, ICUEE will be held at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville.
“ICUEE 2015 was a record-breaking show with more than 18,000 attendees and over 950 exhibitors, including 250 companies new to the show, and we’re looking forward to this year’s ICUEE being bigger and better than ever before,” said ICUEE Show Director Tricia Mallett.
ICUEE covers more than 25 acres of indoor and outdoor exhibits and product demonstrations, offering attendees opportunities to operate construction and utility equipment in job-like conditions, access to a two-mile test drive zone for on-road equipment and technology, an indoor demo stage, as well as in-booth exhibitor product demos.
In an effort to ensure exhibitors get the most out of their time at ICUEE, AEM is providing a number of resources to help them prepare for the show. They include:
- Exhibitor Dashboard – Containing all of the planning materials exhibitors will need for a successful show, the Exhibitor Dashboard allows companies to update their information, add new products and technologies, as well as take advantage of free promotional materials. Exhibitors will also have access to the Exhibitor Service Manual (which provides general show information, utilities, the ability to order products and services, shipping and material handling, and a complete list of all official vendors), hotel and badge registration, as well as additional advertising packages.
- Exhibitor Education Webinars – Presented by top industry professionals, these highly informative webinars will cover a number of show-related topics, including hotel booking, lead follow-up strategies and more. Each presentation will be less than an hour in length and is free of charge for registered exhibitors.
- eventBit Beacon Technology – This cutting-edge technology is designed to help exhibitors gain valuable insights into leads and better qualify return on their investments in events. With eventBit trade show data that AEM previously offered at this year’s CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE shows, each attendee badge is equipped with a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) transmitter that sends signals to receivers strategically placed throughout the show venue. The technology provides exhibitors with significant and valuable data on scanned leads, and it allows for readers to be placed on specific equipment or featured areas at the venue.
- Exhibitor Insider – A monthly update, the Exhibitor Insider provides valuable information geared toward ICUEE exhibitors.
