Willie Harbert

Vice President / Danfoss Power Solutions, Inc.

Willie Harbert leads the Motors Business for Danfoss Power Solutions. In this role, he is also a member of the Work Function Leadership Team. Willie works out of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, U.S.

Willie has been with Danfoss for 18 years, serving in various leadership roles in Sales and Operations as well as Strategy and Product Development. Since March 2020, he served as Vice President, Hydraulics, taking leadership on projects preparing legacy Eaton Hydraulics for integration with Danfoss. From 1996 to 2002 Willie served as Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy. He is currently also a Board Member of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, Construction Sector as well as a Board Member of Cookie Cart, a charity organization based in the Twin Cities region of Minnesota. 

Willie holds a Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering from the Stanford University, a Master’s Business Administration degree from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University as well as a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, McCormick School of Engineering, Northwestern University.
