5 Workforce Trends to Watch



Labor force participation rates for working-age men have been in steady decline. Many employers are feeling a sense of urgency to attract and retain employees but haven’t considered the changes they could make to their operations to do so. There has never been a more pressing time to bring human resources into the conversation surrounding hiring, to talk strategy and create workplace programs.
