AEM is pleased to announce it has set a new record for largest membership in the association’s 125-plus-year history.

Earlier this month, AEM’s total member count reached 1,083 after 17 companies joined the association during the month of November. The previous record was 1,066, set in 2022. AEM also set a new member retention record of 94.3%, besting the previous mark of 93.4% set in 2006.

“As 2023 winds down and we look ahead to next year, we’re proud to achieve record-breaking levels of membership and retention,” said AEM Vice President of Sales and Membership Paul Flemming. “Thank you to all our members – whether they’re new to AEM or longtime supporters – and our talented staff for making this this year one that’s not soon to be forgotten and for all the ways they help our association build momentum for equipment manufacturing.”

All AEM members work together through the association to advance the equipment manufacturing industry, as well as the ag and construction markets it serves, and position them for a bright future. AEM strives to provide quality service, growth and opportunities for its members and the industry as a whole, to thrive in today’s ever-changing business environment.

In working together with the association, volunteer leaders from AEM member companies help guide the association's efforts to develop top-notch services and programs for the benefit of the association’s 1,000-plus members. For more information on AEM membership benefits and engagement, AEM members are encouraged to contact AEM’s Paul Flemming directly at pflemming@aem.org or 414-298-4150.
