Assessing and Addressing the Effectiveness of Your Internship Program

Organizations of all types and sizes currently find themselves right in the middle of what can best be described as "internship season," so there's no better time than right now for key stakeholders to examine all the ways in which they can develop and refine their programs, or make some mid-internship adjustments.

In her most recent 2-Minute Workforce Tactic Video, AEM Senior Director of Workforce and Industry Initiatives Julie Davis identifies some key considerations company leaders should keep top of mind to get the most out of an internship program and ensure it reaches its full potential as a valuable employee pipeline.
