Attracting and retaining employees has been a hot topic for some time now, and without a change in strategy equipment manufacturers won’t be able to fill their open positions. 

In one of her recent 2-Minute Workforce Tactic Videos, AEM Senior Director of Workforce and Industry Initiatives Julie Davis outlines findings from Lightcast’s labor market data and a few ways that equipment manufacturers can adapt to an ever-changing labor market.
