CONEXPO-CON/AGGAttention exhibitors! Have useful exhibit space materials to donate after CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023? Let CONEXPO-CON/AGG know.

North America’s largest construction trade show is pleased to offer its first-ever Material Donation Program in advance of next month's show, which is set for March 14-18, 2023, in Las Vegas. Interested individuals are encouraged to fill out the Google Form at the bottom of this flyer and provide descriptions of all items anticipated to be left for donation at show close.

Submissions for donations must be received by March 13, 2023.

All donations need to be in like-new condition and must be approved on site at the show. In addition, participating exhibitors are responsible for dismantling and packing up their booths, and some items may require removal fees for donation.

Acceptable items for donation may include:

  • Furniture
  • Flooring
  • Tools, including display models
  • Plants and décor
  • Excess building or farming materials
  • Electronics or machinery

Items not accepted for donation include:

  • Landscaping materials
  • Marketing materials or swag
  • Broken or damaged items, including items damaged during load-out
  • Custom-built booth structures or displays
  • Fresh, perishable or opened food

Participating exhibitors will be visited on site to review the items and ensure that they can be matched with a partner charity. Exhibitors will then be provided with “Hold for Collection” stickers to indicate that their materials have been accepted for donation.
