AEM pushed the boundaries of its advocacy work in 2017.

From the launch of the association’s economic impact study to inviting a record-breaking number of elected officials to manufacturing facilities as part of the I Make America tour, AEM’s advocacy efforts were stronger than ever.

The industry also raised its visibility on infrastructure issues as part of the Infrastructure Vision 2050 initiative (including the conclusion of its crowdsourced challenge at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017) and on agricultural issues.
