Examining Leadership is Key to Retaining Employees

Workforce 350x250It’s easy to fall back on competitive pay and a good benefits package to try to attract and retain employees. However, leadership practices are among the top reasons that employees remain loyal to their employers – or choose to make their exit. So why do we often find ourselves exploring every possible option before asking “Do you think it could be a leadership issue?”
