As Q3 progresses, AEM is pleased to offer a new live Member Education Webinar – Workforce Panel: Technicians. Join AEM’s Julie Davis on Sept. 14, 2023, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. CDT, as she moderates a 60-minute panel discussion featuring four member company representatives.  

The discussion will focus on what has helped AEM members move the needle in technician workforce retention, recruitment and outreach. The panel is slated to feature TEREX’s Nick Cammisa, Cummins’ BethAnn Weaver-Padget and Rachel Myslak, and CNH Industrial’s Peter Steiner.

Technicians are critical to the success of our industry sectors, and yet, they represent one of our most long-standing workforce challenges. When it comes to attracting employees to the field and retaining current employees, companies need to continue to think out of the box. Filling the industry’s labor gap is no easy feat, however this discussion will explore the numerous strategies that have helped.
