Visionary technology architect Scott Klososky believes that company leaders – not the IT department, not the VP of IT, not the chief information officer (CIO) – must understand, drive and be accountable for how technology is structured within their businesses in order to achieve strategic goals.

Klososky will offer his insights on harnessing technological change during a workshop session at AEM’s 2015 Annual Conference, November 2-4 at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne in Miami, Florida.

Klososky, the principal of consulting firm Future Point of View, says he is simply not happy unless he is shaking up the way people think about technology, leadership and how both are impacting the world.

He has written three books, including “The Velocity Manifesto,” a look at today’s high-velocity technology environment. Read about 5 leadership lessons pulled from his book.
