What type of chocolate is most popular?  Dark chocolate by 56 percent.

Which region produces the most chocolate?  Africa produces 75 percent of the world’s cocoa.

Where is the most chocolate consumed?  Europe consumes 49 percent of the chocolate.

What do each of these statements have in common? They are all statistics that a chocolate producer would want to know.

Likewise, AEM's statistics programs provide all types of information for our members to use for forecasting, market share calculations, geographical areas of interest and more.

AEM currently has 132 parent companies reporting nearly 200 North America products, 57 Worldwide products and 31 Regional (country by state) products. For example, would you like to know how many excavators were used in Residential Building? We have those totals by month and county in a state or province. Participating members send our Independent Data Processor their company data and receive industry totals in return.

What’s new this year? We started three new Vacuum Excavator shipment programs, including Truck Hydro, Truck Air and Trailer models. In addition, we are working on a Sewer Cleaner and Stump Cutter program, and we'll share details about that program soon.

Now, what’s the secret to getting involved in this fantastic offering and receiving the data? You must be an AEM member, manufacture the product and participate in the program. All of our programs are completely confidential to the member manufacturers reporting into these programs. No one else (including AEM staff) sees any individual company data.
