A new survey service from AEM is designed to help members better understand the equipment needs and purchasing patterns of end-user customers.

AEM will unleash its extensive database of 250,000 trade show attendees to develop custom surveys for members on request. The new offering is part of a spectrum of market data products available from AEM.

“Our trade show attendee database offers a wealth of unique and valuable information,” said Benjamin Duyck, AEM director, market intelligence. “From this database, we can develop surveys that will better prepare members to discuss business with customers when they reach the show floor.”

“Thanks to detailed demographics, surveys can be designed to target very specific groups of contractors,” Duyck continued. “That, along with use of the trade show or AEM brand, ensures high rates of response.”

  • Quarterly industry trends surveys – A unique and current year-round industry consensus perception of the North American market
  • Construction equipment trend index – A gauge of industry activity that helps member companies assess their business performance
