Troubleshooting

Follow the tips below to login to AEM.org and the AEM Store.

  1. What is my username?
    1. Your username is your email address.
  2. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
    1. Use the forgot password link on this page: https://www.aem.org/forgot-password to reset your password.
    2. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
      1. If you're using Internet Explorer, clear your browsing history before clicking on the link in your email. Otherwise, it will cache the error message and you won't be able to login.
  3. I requested a password reset, but I haven't received an email.
    1. Check your junk / spam folder.
    2. If you don't receive an email, you likely don't have an account on AEM.org. Please create a new one here: https://www.aem.org/create-account.
  4. I created a new account but I can't login.
    1. Upon creating a new account, you will be sent an email "Confirm your Registration." Click on the link in that email to verify your email address and then you will be able to login.
  5. I created a new account but I didn't receive the confirmation email.
    1. Check your junk folder or your company's spam folder. If you still can't locate it, email webmanager@aem.org.
  6. Your username and login are valid for AEM.org and the AEM Store.
