Eric Sauvage

Eric Sauvage has been President and CEO of LBX Company LLC since January 2014. He previously was Executive Vice President and CFO at LBX from 2008 to 2013.

Prior to joining LBX, Eric spent over 20 years with CNH Industrial in various management positions in finance, sales & marketing and product development in Europe, Africa Middle East and North America. Before that, he spent five years with GTE Directories headquartered in Dallas, TX, and held various financial operations and international business development roles.

Eric earned a BBA in financial management from Ecoles Des Cadres, Paris, France, and an MBA in international management from the University of Dallas, TX.

Eric was a member of the AEM Membership Committee from 2017 to 2023 and a member of the AEM Finance Committee from 2018 to 2022. In November 2018, he was elected to AEM's CE Sector Board and in April 2023, he was named the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 Show Chair.

Eric was chair of the World Trade Center of Kentucky from Jan 2020 to Dec 2021; he has been a board member and chair of the finance committee and an executive committee member since 2011. He has been serving on the BEN (Business Education Network, an affiliate of Commerce Lexington) board since 2012, and served as chair in 2017 and in 2018. Eric has served as a board member of Commerce Lexington from January 2015 to December 2018. Additionally he has served as a board member of the American Heart Association since 2012, and has been the Heart Walk chair in 2018 and 2019. In December 2014, he became a corporate council founding member of The Shriners Hospital for Children.

Eric has been married to his wife Catherine for almost 40 years. They have two sons: Quentin, who lives in Washington, D.C., and Nathan, who lives in Chicago. Eric has been training and competing in triathlons since 2007. He was born in Paris, France, and became a U.S. citizen in 2006; he carries dual citizenship.
