Membership
- AEM is a trade association representing construction and agriculture equipment manufacturers and their value chain partners in the global marketplace.
- Any qualified company that meets the membership requirements set forth in AEM’s bylaws is eligible for membership and will be admitted on a non-discriminatory basis.
- Membership Eligibility Criteria - AEM is a manufacturer trade association focused on issues specific to manufacturing. Membership is limited to:
- Companies that manufacture equipment, components, or related systems
- Service companies that provide solutions to manufacturers
- Additional Clarification
- Equipment dealers, distributors, and rental companies are not eligible for AEM membership. However, other industry participants may still engage with AEM through a variety of opportunities, including events, programs, partnerships, exhibiting, sponsorships, and content subscriptions.

Meetings
In conducting AEM meetings, the Chair thereof shall follow a formal agenda.
Topics of Discussion
No AEM activity or communication shall include any discussion or action, for any purpose or in any fashion, of prices or pricing methods, production quotas or other limitations on production or sales.
