AEM Anti-Trust Guidelines

Membership

• Any firm meeting the requirements of membership set forth in the Bylaws shall be admitted without discrimination.

• Member participation in any and all AEM activities is wholly voluntary.

Meetings

• In conducting AEM meetings, the Chair thereof shall follow a formal agenda.

Topics of Discussion

• No AEM activity or communication shall include any discussion or action, for any purpose or in any fashion, of prices or pricing methods, production quotas or other limitations on production or sales.
