Kristie Stern is President of Green Mountain Lion Corporation, where she leads a specialized recruiting team serving the heavy equipment manufacturing and distribution sectors. She and her team partner with manufacturers, dealers, and other equipment industry companies through growth, succession, acquisition, leadership transitions, and broader business transformation.

Kristie began her career in sales and sales leadership at Equifax, where she was selected for the company’s Young Leadership Program, before ultimately founding Green Mountain Lion Corporation. Today, her work spans the equipment industry, from global OEMs and manufacturers to dealer organizations, helping companies identify and secure the leadership and talent needed to support their strategic direction and long-term growth.

Her approach is grounded in a deep understanding of leadership, team dynamics, and the importance of aligning the right people with a business's culture and direction. Kristie holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University with a focus on non-verbal communication and completed post-baccalaureate studies at Georgia Tech.

Kristie is actively involved with the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, serving on its Board of Directors, Nominating Committee, and Service Members Executive Committee. Under her leadership, Green Mountain Lion Corporation also maintains active involvement with AED, NAPA, and SC&RA, reinforcing its broader commitment to advancing the equipment industry, its workforce, and its future leaders.
