Todd Stucke

With more than 35 years of experience in both equipment and agriculture, Todd Stucke was the first American to lead Kubota Tractor Corporation in its more than 50-year history, and he is now the first American to hold a leadership position in the global machinery division for Kubota Corporation in Japan.
In his new role, Stucke focuses on enhancing Kubota's global growth strategy and expanding Kubota's global product support business. Additionally, he continues in his role as Senior Vice President of Kubota North America (KNA) and remains a member of KNA's Executive Board to continue fostering greater synergies across North America, a market that contributes a significant portion of Kubota Corporation's business worldwide and remains an integral part of the company's long-term vision to provide customer solutions that address issues related to food, water and the environment. Stucke remains connected to Kubota Tractor Corporation serving as its Chairman.
Stucke holds a seat on the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) Board of Directors and served as AEM Chair in 2024, and held previous positions as Vice Chair, Treasurer of the AEM Board, as well as Ag Chair on the Ag Sector Board.
