Digital Marketing Coordinator

Full-Time

Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)

Salary Range: Hourly, $48,000-$53,000 annually 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Two telework days, in-person first 30 days

We are offering this opportunity to a service-oriented professional who enjoys variety and challenge to join our team of Digital Marketing professionals. This position will provide project support and administrative assistance for our digital team.  

Responsibilities:  

Outbound Email Marketing 

  • Design and send promotional & informational emails to create brand awareness and generate leads or sales. 

Data Analytics 

  • Monitor analytics and prepare marketing reports.  

  • Translate raw data into visualizations and dashboards for decision makers. 

Social Media 

  • Assist in coordination and performance of paid and organic social media across all tradeshows.  

  • Create, proofread, and edit copy. 

Tradeshow Podcast 

  • Optimize content for AEM Tradeshow podcasts by researching and coordinating guests, edits, video clips, and SEO. 

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand podcasts audience, increase engagement, and drive growth. 

Digital Marketing 

  • Assist in designing, developing, and producing digital assets for a wide range of campaigns, including ads, email campaigns and social media. 

  • CRM database support. 

  • Digital Marketing research. 

Requirements:   

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a professional environment, and hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field, and be able to demonstrate: 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Attention to detail. 

  • Adaptability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.  

  • Experience utilizing various social media platforms to ensure a professional and consistent brand voice for an organization.  

  • Experience working within a CRM database preferred.  

  • Email Marketing experience.  

  • Experience with these tools preferred: Act-On, Kentico, Divvy, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Hot Jar, Moz, Campaign Trackly, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Sprout Social, LinkedIn, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite
