Contractors Pump Technical Committee (CPTC)
Objective
The Contractors Pump Technical Committee (CPTC) provides a forum for manufacturers of portable pumps and related equipment to discuss industry challenges, opportunities, and topics of common interest. The committee promotes information sharing, collaboration, and networking among members while supporting the growth and success of the portable pump industry.
Responsibilities
- Promote the common business interests of CPTC members and the portable pump industry.
- Facilitate collaboration and information sharing among member companies.
- Discuss industry trends, market conditions, business challenges, and emerging opportunities affecting the portable pump industry.
- Encourage networking and relationship building among industry stakeholders.
- Support the exchange of industry knowledge, best practices, and member experiences.
- Identify opportunities for initiatives and activities that provide value to members and the broader industry.
- Provide a forum for members to discuss legislative, regulatory, technical, and industry developments affecting the portable pump industry.
Composition
- The committee is open to all AEM member companies actively engaged in the design, manufacture, supply, distribution, or support of portable pumps and related equipment.
Meetings
- At least one in-person meeting annually is preferred, when practical and in conjunction with other industry events.
- Additional meetings may be scheduled throughout the year as needed.
